Fermenco ApS supports the biotech industry by offering technologies for improvement of industrial microorganisms through genetic engineering. Fermenco currently holds two technologies for modulation of gene expression and optimisation of fermentation rate and/or yield from industrial microorganisms.

Fermenco offers licenses, consulting and support of the technologies, in addition to customised optimisation of gene expression via R&D contracts. Fermenco is continuously looking for partners interested in testing our technologies for new organisms or products.
